What do you do when the unexpected happens? Do you freak out, panic, get mad, say nothing, or just do you want that as best possible? The best thing to do is to just deal with it the best way possible. Stay positive and realize that others are watching how you deal with the situation, so choose the high road stay positive and work through it. Sometimes things just happen and you can't predict him, plan for them, or even fathom that they would occur, so just deal with it. Make sure that your resume not only tells what you've done and your achievements, but make sure it shows who you truly are. If it takes extra money to get the right resume, it's well worth it. A good resume should include any awards or recognition you received. If you are under 30, include any sports you may have played in high school or college. Show your competitive side on paper. In many sales organization it's important to (1) sell new customers and also (2a) keep your existing customer from canceling or reducing their spend with you. But a third and critical component that is sometimes overlooked is (3) giving credits back to customers for issues. Make sure that you review and figure out why you are crediting back customers, because it will typically help you improve your customer experience while saving you money. You could be great at selling new customers and keeping them, which is awesome, but if you credit a lot back to customers it will eat into your profits. So sell new, keep your customers and watch your credits to truly grow your company and improve your customer's experience. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others. Make sure that you use the resources that you have. Take a look around see who is willing to help. Look at potentially different processes, support systems, or people that can help you win.
