Sometimes having someone mediate a conversation is a good thing. When you're at the point to look for someone ( a third-party) to help mediate the conversation/interaction between you and the person you're struggling with or having issues with.. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
A little every day
Sometimes if you do a little bit every day, it adds up to a lot. When you continuously do something every day in little bite-size manageable pieces, it helps accomplish big tasks. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
There is no "I" in team
There is no "I" in team. To be part of a team you have to put others first, before yourself. This is not natural and requires great effort for most. Make sure that you think of the team and the impact of your words and actions.. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
Take a day
Sometimes you just need to take a day. To get caught up, a day for yourself, or just to get ahead. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.

Protect yourself and your body
Make sure to protect yourself and your body. When you don't and you get hurt it can be very impactful. Make sure you were safety glasses, safety vests, safety hats, safety boots, back braces, and anything else that you need to protect your body. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
It's amazing when great friends show up and know how to cheer you up. When life happens, make sure you spend time with great friends. Thank you Mike and Mary for tonight, you are awesome. Thank you for all of your help, support, and prayers. Great friends are a truly blessing. Being a friend is the right ting to do and it models the way for others.
Many hands make light work
Growing up my mother used to say to me that many hand make light work. I have found that to be true the older I am. Be open to asking for help when needing it and offer help to someone when they need it. After all, it's the rightbthingbto do.
It's not about you
Sometimes, it's just not about you. The fifth habit of Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Efective People" is seek first to understand, then to be understood. Learn what is important and what is going on with others, before you quickly judge. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
One of the best things I can recall as I look over my work career, is the impact of working for a Leader that you can learn from. When you work for top-notch leaders that you can learn from it can catapult your career in a positive direct. Plus, it's he right thing to do and it models the way for others.
