Sometimes having someone mediate a conversation is a good thing. When you're at the point to look for someone ( a third-party) to help mediate the conversation/interaction between you and the person you're struggling with or having issues with.. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
Sometimes if you do a little bit every day, it adds up to a lot. When you continuously do something every day in little bite-size manageable pieces, it helps accomplish big tasks. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others. There is no "I" in team. To be part of a team you have to put others first, before yourself. This is not natural and requires great effort for most. Make sure that you think of the team and the impact of your words and actions..
