I was recently reading an article in "The Economist" that the average age for wisdom is 45 years old. I was first in a leadership role at age 28 and my leadership style from then until now is completely different. Wisdom can come from time, learning, and experiences, but age alone doesn't always mean that the the older you are the more wise you are. I believe that you can spot wisdom if you stay aware and look out for it. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
