It may take several weeks even months to find the best, but don't rush the process. Hold on until you get the best A+ candidate. After all, it's the right thing to do at models the way for others.
To get to know a group of people, here is a fun and interesting exercise called "two truths and a lie." The goal of it is for each person to tell two truths about themselves and one lie. That way the other people in the group have to guess which one is the lie. It allows each member of the team an opportunity to get to know new members of the team or take it to the next level with existing members and get a little deeper. It's a fun activity that's lots of laughs and tons of fun and helps build a team. So do some fun activities to help grow your team and get deeper. After all, it's the right thing to do at models the way for others. "Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court." Psalm 127:3-5 Eat meals together as a family. It's a family value that my family has. I appreciate being able to spend time together eating meals when I'm not at work or the kids are in school. It gives us a chance to be able to ask about each other's day and share what happened including the great parts, bad parts if any, and any challenges. Making time to eat together and making it a priority on a consistent basis is the best part of my day. During the week at my home, thanks to my wife, dinner is on the table at the same specific time everyday. I know that if I want to spend time eating with my family that I have to be home when dinner is served or I will miss eating dinner with my family. So I work to make sure that I'm there for that because it is one of the best parts of my day. So make time to eat together as a family and spend time together creating great memories. After all, it's the right thing to do and models the way for others. Work together to win. If you are in sales, you can't make it without operations. If you're in operations, you can't make it without sales. But if you work together you can improve and increase operations, plus you will increase your sales. So working together build a stronger team, a more profitable company, and a better place to work. After all, it's the right thing to do an models the way for others. Make sure you do things right the first time so you only have to touch things once. Don't just be so anxious that to get something off your desk and move it on to the next person, that it ends up taking everyone involved more time to resolve it. It's a best practice that the most organized and best time-maximizers have. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others. Sometimes you do all you can, and it's still not enough. It just happens that way sometimes and if you spend more try trying to figure out how to do more that is not going to make an impact, you waste good solid energy on activities that are not going to help you make the situation better. So do all you can and when you realize that you've done all you can and it is still not enough, stop and move on to more productive activities that you can impact or have an impact on your situation. After all, it's the right thing to do at models the way for others. If you have a problem, don't complain, just find and bring a solution to the table to help solve the problem. Find solutions and learn how to solve problems. You can't solve the problem unless you figure out a solution. Surround yourself with wise counsel and use "lifelines" that you can rely on to help you maneuver through the toughest situations, obstacles, and problems. After all, at's the right thing to do in the models the way for others. When was the last time you were surprised? Sometimes it can be a good thing to be surprised, but sometimes it can be a bad thing to be surprised. So if it's a good thing, well then great, but if it's a bad thing...look for opportunities that you missed to prevent yourself from being surprised. Find them and work towards preventing them from happening again. After all, it's the right thing to do when the models the way for others. “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
