Make sure that you schedule your calendar based on your routing plan, available appointment times, and urgency. If you control your calendar and fit customers into your calendar you will be more effective and better with time management than letting customers put you into their calendar and times. It's the best way to maximize your time and improve overall efficiency. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
