Work together

Don't just work by yourself. Learn to work together. When you were together you are able to draw from everyone's strengths and not just your own. One thing I've learned in life is that there will always be those greater and lesser than yourself. Knowing that, helps you understand how working as a group can help you become better than you were. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
