When you disagree more often than not with your company's decisions and the leaders of your company, then it's time for you to leave. You don't want to become that negative employee that everyone can tell is not happy. Leave on your terms, before the company has you leave on theirs. Go find another company who you can align with where you can be positive and make an impact. It's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
