What's on your desk? Is there unfinished business or things that need to be taken care of on your desk? Make sure that you don't procrastinate on important issues and that you prioritize and plan efficiently and effectively. Otherwise, you could be creating extra work and extra hours that are unnecessary. So plan accordingly and don't procrastinate. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
