How do you handle things that go wrong when they happen? Things out of your control are going to happen, and it's in those moments and usually shortly there after where your true character comes out. Do you smart off, get upset, and get frustrated, or do you show the joy in your heart, become understanding, and work through to a positive resolution. Others are watching you on how you handle things when the situation didn't go as you planned. It's in these moments where others are expecting you to react, that true modeling the way for others happens. Plan now how you will respond in "those" situations so when they happen, your only response is what you already previously decided how you would respond. I think you would agree that it's the right thing to do.
