They'll find you

Sometimes you don't have to go find them, they'll find you. This goes for relationships, recruiters, and employers. It all starts off with a conversation, being likeable and trustworthy. Most people know within minutes, if not hours, if this could be the right fit. Don't push it too hard, apply what you have learned that is positive. By all means don't act or appear desperate. It will not serve you well. Just be yourself, because in six months that will come out if you weren't. It's how long lasting relationships are built. And it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
