Sometimes saying less is more. What I mean by that is choose your words wisely because you can't take them back. Over the years in sales, I've learned that you have two ears and one mouth, so you can listen twice as much as you talk. Take time to choose your words. It's okay to pause and reflect before you respond, because it's better than responding and wishing you hadn't said what you did. So take time and watch what you say. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
