Right is right and wrong is wrong. If you work for a company that's doing something wrong, you should speak up. If it's that big of a deal or if it goes against your personal or family values, you may need to leave. This falls under a rule I have about who you work for. Once you start disagreeing more often than not with your company, your employer, your manager, or your leadership in the company, then you should leave before your asked to leave. Stand up for what's right and stand up for what's wrong. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
