Reviews at work can be a great opportunity to recognize successes as well as spot opportunities to bend the trend and make an impact. Realize that top management can come across as paid critics, but the real value is to help you see blind spots that you may never have seen before it's to late to bend the trend. Take the feedback like it was a gift, it's only useful if you use it. Taking feedback and acting up on it is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
