Procrastinstion to me is waiting to do something until the last minute when you didn't have to do it that way and by waiting it caused undue stress on you and those around you. Procrastinating is a matter of prioritizing and time management skills. So do what you need to do, when you need to do it, even when you don't feel like it. If you do that, procrastination goes away and your life is much less stressful. So take the time now and don't wait. It's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
