When you're part of a winning team, you have to hold yourself and others to a higher standard. If someone comes to you and vents or tries to vent, you should refer them to your team's manager or leader. The right thing to do is to go to your manager if you have an issue and vent, versus venting on the floor or to your colleagues, because it creates a negative work environment. So be positive and don't let anyone bring you down. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
