Being physically prepared for a meeting, conversation, or event is only part of being prepared. The other part of being prepared is being mentally prepared. Asking yourself questions to prepare yourself can go a long way. Questions like: how do you think the conversation will go, what objections or obstacles do you think will come up in the conversation and then how would you handle those objections or obstacles. Mental preparation will help your confidence for the conversation or meeting and give you the best opportunity to have the best outcome, by having the best conversation possible. Being mentally prepared is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
