Lead from the heart

I know that have written about this before, but I am a big believer in leading from the heart versus leading from the head. I have led teams both ways and have always had more success leading from the heart. When you lead from the heart, the team knows you have their back. When you lead from the heart you get to truly know someone. Leading from the heart creates a great environment where success can flourish. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
