Just Own It

You've got to own it, to win. You've got to own it, to get better. You've got to own it, to turn around. You've got to own it, to go from bad to great. If you don't own it, nothing changes. You stay the same way you are now and you don't get any better. So why wouldn't you crack the door to your future opportunity to become better than you were. Just own it. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
