In times of stress what do you do? Are there any physical, visual or verbal signs that those who know you best would say you do when faced with stressful situations. Pay attention to any visible or verbsl changes. Then if you uncover any, work to not show them during stressful situations. Appearing stressed out or frazzled does not build trust to make the sale. In times of stress people revert to habit. So learn to not let others see you "sweat." After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
