Take time to handle all your customers the same with those that are increasing there's spend with you or decreasing their spend with you, or canceling altogether. Handle any clients like you would normally with your brother or sister and what you'll find is that they will learn to trust you because you're doing the right thing for them. After all it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
