Find a way to make it happen. When faced with an uphill climb or challenges that seem insurmountable, find a way to make it happen. If you believe you can you will. Map out a game plan, map out the path, take one step at a time, and push through to win. After all finding a way to make it happen is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
