Feedback from an honest, blunt, positive genuine, caring, person is the best received feedback. Understand that you should take feedback from anyone though. Be open to taking feedback and doing something with it. It is how you get better. You may receive feedback that you might not agree with, but you need to understand that the person giving you feedback that their feelings and perceptions are real. So take the feedback as a gift and say: "Thank you for giving me that feedback. I'm going to work on that and it's going to make me be the best me." After all, it's the right thing to do and models the way for others.
