Don't run and hide

When faced with a challenging or uphill climb in any given situation, don't run and hide. But standup, figure out a plan to push through and achieve and win. Don't procrastinate. Don't lock yourself in your house. Don't avoid your manager, your family, or your friends. Make sure you don't run and hide, but instead face the situation head on and take ownership of it. That is what you want to do to model the way for others.
