Watch how much you complain about things. Accept it, own it, and persevere. Complaining says a little bit about what's going on your head and a lot about what's going on in your heart. So if you complain, work over the next week to complain half as much as you normally do. Then repeat this until you wipe out all complaining from your lips. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
