Don't always talk about work

Make sure that you don't always talk about your work. Talk about you, talk about your health, your dreams...talk about other things than work. Even though you may be excited about what is going on at work or it could be that your work is consuming you, so learn this: you are more than what you do to provide for yourself (and family.) It truly is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
