When you do what you love and what you're passionate about, it makes work and life so much better. Not that it's not hard, but it's that much more enjoyable. You can tell the people that love their jobs and those that don't. Find anyone at work and observe them for five minutes and you can tell if they love what they do or not. So do what you love. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
