Sometimes you have to ask yourself, are you in? Are you fully in and fully engaged at the task at hand? Do you have a positive outlook and attitude that others want to emulate? Are you exceeding your sales objectives? In order to model the way as a top sales professional, you need to make sure that your attitude exceeds your sales results. It's what the best sales professionals do. Many organizations don't value attitude as high as results, but they are equally important. The sooner that you realize that, the better off you'll be. Attitude and sales results are equal. In order for you to reach your full potential in you will have to come to terms with that. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
