If you're hiring manager, the ABC means always be (re)cruiting. Make sure that you're continually having conversations with people who may just be a great candidate to join your team. Always be recruiting because if you're able to grow your revenue, then you may be able to grow your current team to grow it even more, specifically if you're not in a shrinking business or industry. It's how you grow and how you build a winning team. Plus, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
