Whenever you have to give a presentation in front of a group, practice through the presentation at least seven times. Practice it as if you were standing in front of the group and you're actually presenting whatever it is you need to present. That way the more comfortable you are with it, the more confident you come across, and the more powerful the delivery of the message. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
