Are you in the right role, based on your skill sets? You should ask yourself this to make sure that you're using your talents and enjoying what you do. For those that think something is impossible that is really not, as a leader you have to show them the way, make them believe, and hold them accountable to reach that goal. Overtime you'll know when you're getting sick so do what you can to be proactive to prevent getting sick including getting rest, eating right,and staying fit. I'm excited about today, because I've got a date with my daughter. But maybe not as excited as my daughter is, which is awesome. She came into our bedroom at 4 AM today, excited about going to dinner and a dance tonight with me. So awesome and exciting. These are the days to remember...forever.
