Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.

Here are the three things that your children need to hear from you: 1. I love you 2. I'm proud of you...(make sure to state what speciifically you are proud of) 3. You are good at...(make sure to state what speciifically what they are good at) Make sure that you constantly share these three things through your children's lives. By focusing on these it will significantly impact their lives, their confidence, and their self-esteem knowing that you love them, that you're proud of them, and what they're good at. After all, it's the right thing to do and models the way for others. Sometimes you are ready for tomorrow to come. When those times happen, stop and be thankful for your family and friends, and enjoy all the beauty around you. Tomorrow will come, not in your time...but God's. Remember that and hug your family and friends tight. After all it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others. So I'm going to ask you a question that I want you to think about... Are you actively engaged or actively disengaged? At home or at work? You may have a different answer for home and for work. If you are actively engaged, try to encourage and bring some actively disengaged folks to your side. Or if you are actively disengaged, then work to become actively engaged. Your actions start with your beliefs and how you feel about a situation. So work to become actively engaged. After all it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others. What can you do to improve a monotone email? Add smiley or frowned faces to help show what type of mood or expression you have on your face. Also consider sending emails from your smartphone like an iPhone using the Emoji keyboard to put icons into text. It gives you the opportunity to express your mood and more in the written word. After all, it's the right thing to do and models the way for others. What will you do different to win in 2015? If it's another win, you will need to change up your plan to set you up to win. If you didn't win last year, what will you dramatically do different to win this year? List out 3-5 critical action items you need to win in 2015, starting right now: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Now go execute them at a high level, go make it happen, and win in 2015. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others. Will you step up? Sometimes you need to step it up. When things may not be going your way, what will you do? Are you strong enough inside to go make it happen, or will you believe your inner voice that there is nothing you can do. At that moment in time, you have a choice. What will you do? What will you choose? Can you or will you go make an impact? Ask Robby at the Phoenix hotel last week because he made the right choice, the choice that every leader wants to hear.. A choice that echoes "I'm making it happen. Choose wisely. After all, your choice to step it up and believe you can make a different is the step in the right direction towards making it happen. And making it happen is the right thing to do and it models the way for others. "More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope," -Romans 5:3-4 ESV |
