When you need to practice to get better, will you make the time and take the time to practice? Practicing will help you get better. If you are in sales, ask questions to identify a need that you can sell to, make a recommendation that will satisfy their need, ask for the business (close), and be likeable along the way. Make sure to keep it simple. Be easy to do business with, both you and the company you represent. Practice, practice, practice. Video yourself watching your body language. Adio record your call and listen for tone, pitch and inflection. But above all practice to be the best. Someone is being sold in every interaction. To become a master at anything, you must practice. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for other.
