Who are your top five mentors? What five people invested in you to help you become better than you were before you knew them? Understanding that other people helped you grow, what have you done to pay it forward? Consider reaching out to those mentors who helped you succeed and become the person or in the role that you are in today and thank them. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
