Skip level feedbackskip level feedback is very similar to a 360 feedback. It gives you feedback from people that directly report to you. The goal is to help the leader who is getting the feedback become better. Just remember, that the feedback is a gift and it's how people feel so ultimately you need to take the feedback except it and work to respond to it. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
