The bus

Many years ago as a young leader, I learned that one of the goals of a great leader is to get the right people on the bus, in the right seat, all heading the same direction. What wisdom, that truly is. When you accomplish this, it's the beginning of great things ahead that you and your team will accomplish. Following the bus route is the right thing to do, and model the way for others.
