Temporarily disconnected

So what do you do when you call a business you have used for 10 years and their phone number recording comes on and says this number has been temporarily disconnected? What do you do? Do you give up and find someone else? Do you track them down because they have what you want or need? If you own a business or manage one...make sure your phone number never says temporarily disconnected. There is a lot of lost business due to this mistake or error. So handle your affairs accordingly to make sure you are never disconnected...whether regarding your phone line or your business. After all, its the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
