Take time and make time to talk with your spouse, your children, your parents, your siblings and your friends. One of the best pulse checkers on any relationship is regular open communication. Find time that works for everyone, and schedule time if needed to make sure that it happens. Taking time to talk and regularly talking is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
