Take care of yourself and your health. Make sure to get an annual physical. Consider having an annual flu shot and maybe even get a pheumonia shot as preventative care. Take care of your body by exercising and take care of your mind and body by eating healthy by eating fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, while limiting snack foods, white foods like pasta and potatoes, grains and sugar. Making these changes takes a concerted effort and a commitment from you, but it's the right thing to do and it models the way for those that you love, those that love you and those that look up to you.
