In times of stress, people revert to habit. So work to manage the stress in your life by eating right, working out regularly, planning accordingly, not procrastinating, and by doing what you need to do when you need to do it even if you don't feel like it. After all preventing stressful situations is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
