Make sure that you get enough sleep every night to be at your best. Taking care of yourself is more than just eating right and exercising. Getting enough sleep is needed for you to be on your "a game" and thinking clearly. Plus getting enough sleep can help you from becoming irritable. So get enough sleep, at least 7-8 hours per night. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
