Today I had the opportunity to go out on sales calls which I love to do. I watched multiple appointments and multiple attempts from preset appointments and cold calls to close the sale. Finally the last cold call of the day resulted in a one call cold call close that was awesome. So make sure you push yourself until you get it. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
