When you practice something whether it's a sales process role play or a party in a play, practice perfect. What I mean by this is practice it 100% correct, not 90% correct, but 100% correct. Stop the person or yourself and have them redo it until they get it right. The only way to be a rock star is to practice it perfect over and over again until you get it 100% right. That way, when it's show time you nail it and get it right. After all practicing perfect so you get s 100% versus settling for 90% is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
