If you're in sales, ask yourself this question. When you play games...do you play to win? or do you play for the fun of it? If you play to win, then you're probably in the right industry. But if you only play for the fun of it, then you probably should not have a career in sales. Sales is an industry and business of winning. In sales you're only as good as your most recent sales numbers. And you're expected to continue to perform at an even higher level every month moving forward. So playing to win has to be the right attitude to exceed the expectations and continue to win. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
