Picking pumpkins

One of the things our family looks forward to each fall is going and picking pumpkins. We each pick our own pumpkin and then about a week later we take time and carve them. It's just good wholesome family fun. What traditions do you have in your family? After all family traditions are a great way to enjoy each other and it models the way for others.
