Not communicating is not an option

Not communicating is not an option. If you value the relationship, you must communicate. Regardless of the situation, event, or what you did or didn't do, you have to communicate. Trust is built through communication, experiences and time. If there is no communication it impacts trust. And if there is no trust there is no relationship. Communicate, because it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
