No place is perfect....

No place is perfect, except heaven. Make sure that you understand that if you change jobs or change careers, that no place is perfect. Not the company, not the manager, not your colleagues, and so on. So do what you can to make the place better and be a positive influence for the rbtire team at work. Just make sure you are honest with yourself and that you have taken a good look in the mirror at yourself. Don't give excuses and reasons why you can't. Instead be known for making it happen. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
