Watch nervous energy. Whether it's biting your nails, shaking, or bouncing your legs. It can be perceived as nervous energy. If you're in sales, it may mean that you are not comfortable with the situation and that may prevent the prospective customer from signing or buying. Make sure you do everything you can to prevent or minimize nervous energy. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
