Make sure you pay attention and listen, because you never know who's listening. Your words and your actions say a lot to a customer or person about you. The more you speak and the letters turn into words flying out of your mouth, the more positive or negative the conversation can go. So make sure you choose the right words and don't say anything that you wouldn't want repeated or aired on TV. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
