Like family

Are your work colleagues like family. Some of the best companies I have worked for I have experienced this, including my current company. When you are doing life together at work, getting better, making money for the company and yourself, having fun, and enjoying what you do...its a great feeling. If you don't have this currently, what could you do to create this environment? Work to create this or preserve this if you already have it. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
