Stand up for what you believe and make a positive difference. Nelson said, "As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." Be a man or woman of good courage. "I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."
On leadership, Nelson Mandella said, "Lead from the back - and let others believe they are in front." After all, "it always seems impossible until it's done."
